Jessica Fernandez joined Centre-Line in 2005 as an Office Assistant and worked her way up through roles including Bookkeeper and Marketing Manager before earning her real estate license and becoming a full-time Leasing Agent.

She specializes in landlord representation for suburban shopping centers and tenant representation for local clients. Jessica has successfully leased multiple centers to 100% occupancy, helping clients maximize returns while thoughtfully curating tenants that create value and strong synergy for each property. Known for her market insight and strategic approach, she’s a trusted partner in her clients’ success.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys dancing, boating, and spending time with loved ones on her farm. From her Hialeah roots to her South Carolina country lifestyle, she’s the perfect blend of coastal spirit and country soul.
