Brian is a commercial real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience specializing in retail tenant representation and landlord advisory services throughout South Florida. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2001 and began his career in New York City working in the corporate sales department for the New York Mets, where he managed relationships with corporate clients.

Brian transitioned to real estate in 2002, focusing on residential properties in New York City before relocating to South Florida in 2004 to join the retail brokerage team at Staubach Retail Services. There, he represented several national retailers including Verizon Wireless, FedEx Kinko’s, CVS, and Target.

In 2009 Brian joined Centre-Line Real Estate Services and has been instrumental in the firm’s continued growth. Brian focuses on tenant representation throughout Florida while also advising property owners and institutional investors on retail leasing, development, and redevelopment opportunities across the state.

His clients have included Panera Bread, Harbor Freight Tools, Chase Bank, T-Mobile, Regis Salons, Just Salad, El Car Wash, Goldman Sachs, TA Realty, LaSalle Investment Management, RAM Realty Advisors, and Orion Real Estate Group.
