Lindsey D. Pankey III is the Co-Owner of Centre-Line Real Estate Services, a brokerage firm he founded in 2002 and headquartered in Coconut Grove, Florida. With more than three decades of experience, Lindsey specializes in landlord and tenant representation, property management, and site selection for national and regional retailers throughout Florida and the Southeast. At Centre-Line, he oversees shopping center leasing and market rollouts for brands such as Sprouts Farmers Market, World Market, T-Mobile, and Panda Express.

Lindsey is a 3rd generation Miamian and attended Texas Christian University where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Real Estate. After graduating, Lindsey held Leadership roles at Codina Bush Klein (now Flagler Development), Stiles Corporation, and the Lefmark Group, where he was mentored by many of the industry’s most accomplished developers and brokers. He has served on the South Florida leadership board of ICSC, speaks regularly at industry conferences, and remains actively involved in shaping retail projects across South Florida and beyond. Lindsey is married to Ryane Pankey and splits his time between Coconut Grove and Stuart, Florida. They spend their free time mainly on the water or with their dogs.
