Andrew Hamilton is a retail commercial real estate advisor focused on landlord and tenant representation throughout South Florida. With experience spanning brokerage, corporate real estate, and national tenant representation, he brings a comprehensive understanding of retail leasing strategy and the evolving needs of retailers and property owners.

Originally from Hunt Valley, Maryland, Andrew attended the University of South Carolina where he earned a double major in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing with a minor in Psychology.

He began his career in Georgia representing landlords and leasing a 600,000-square-foot retail portfolio at Skyline Seven. Andrew later relocated to South Florida to join JLL, where he worked on the retail portfolio for Bank of America and Merrill across the Southeast United States.

He then joined CBRE where he represented T-Mobile’s real estate interests across a large East Coast territory spanning Florida through New Jersey, as well as Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. After developing a strong partnership with the company, Andrew moved in-house with T-Mobile to further support the company’s retail expansion and portfolio management efforts.

Andrew now focuses on retail brokerage throughout South Florida, where he leverages his unique experience representing both institutional landlords and national retailers to help clients identify strategic opportunities and execute successful retail transactions.

He currently resides in South Florida with his wife, a South Florida native.
